Regarding Case# 23747

Thank you for your inquiry.

The health and safety of our guests is a top priority for Bertucci’s. As you know, identifying allergens is a complex process for restaurants as there may be minuscule amounts of ingredients our vendors may not list. While a variety of items on our menu may be suitable for a gluten free diet, preparation for some items may need to be adjusted. Please also note that we use the same ovens to bake our rolls and pizzas. Our Sausage soup, Salmon Florentine and any of our salad selections are excellent main course selections. Please be sure to request your salad to be prepared without croutons or breadcrumbs. Our dressings do contain gluten, however, oil and vinegar is available for substitution.

Additional options may be our Eggplant Parma, Tuscan Vegetables and our Fresh Asparagus.

Please ask for the manager who will be pleased to assist you with suitable selections to meet your dietary needs.
