Drop Biscuits

This is a fantastic, quick and easy drop biscuit, especially good for strawberry or fruit shortcake, or breakfast!

Makes 8 bisquits

Ingredients

* 2 cups Bobs Red Mill flour Blend
* 1 tablespoon baking powder
* 2 tablespoons sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup melted butter
* 1 cup milk

Directions

1. In mixing bowl, mix together melted butter and milk. Add Flour, Baking Powder, Sugar and Salt. Mix together until just mixed. Do not over mix this.
2. Drop by tablespoon onto parchment lined or greased baking sheet. Bake in a 450 Degree preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

This recipe makes about 8 good size bisquits.

For sandwich buns, use only 2 teaspoons of sugar, and make a larger size.
