I appreciate your information! Please don't forget about Potato vodka which is also gluten free. Also, for folks following a yeast free gluten free diet, many alcohols also feed yeast, e.g. rum, whiskey, Beer, Wine, etc. Any alcohol for these diets should be consumed in moderation!
