We’ve have recently tried Shabtai Gourmet baked goods. Not only are these products kosher, but they're also gluten free year round! We had a very nice experience ordering and receiving products from the Shabtai Gourmet, and here are some of the products we tried!

Ring Ting CupCakes

The first thing we were handed was the Ring Ting CupCake. These reminded us of those glutenous Ring Dings or Ho Ho’s, except that they were much better! They come six little cakes to a box. The chocolate cake was moist and delicious. Covered with a chocolate icing and filled with a great cream filling. This has become one of our favorite snacks! These wonderful little cakes are Gluten Free, Casein Free, Lactose Free, Soy Free, Dairy Free, Corn Free & Peanut Free! What more could you ask for? Perfect for a child’s lunch box or after school snack. The website offers fast and easy ordering. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Raspberry Roll

We also tried the Raspberry Roll. A thin sponge cake rolled up with a delicious raspberry jam and covered with coconut flakes. This dreamy dessert melted in the mouth. It would be great to serve as an alternative to breakfast pastry or as an after dinner dessert. Very sweet and very delicious.

Brownie Bites

These Brownie Bites were yet another great product from the Shabtai Gourmet. Chocolately, moist and delicious. Needless to say this box of Brownie Bites didn't last too long.

Florentine Lace Cookies

These cookies were less on the sweet side, but were still good. The were moist and did not have the usual "gluten free" taste that most baked goods have. Give them a try and let us know what you think!
